Shiv Digital Studio offers professional photography and videography services in Jamshedpur. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Wedding Photography: Capturing the moments of your special day.
• Event Photography: Professional photography for corporate events, parties, and more.
• Videography Services: Offering high-quality video services for weddings and events.
• Birthday Photography: Capturing memories from birthdays and other special occasions.
• Pre/Post-Wedding Photography: Photoshoots before or after your wedding day.

2. Booking and Payments

To book any of our services, you need to:

• Complete the booking form on our website or contact us directly through email or phone.
• Provide necessary details, such as the type of event (e.g., wedding photography, event photography, etc.), date, and location.

Upon confirming your booking, a deposit may be required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

Payment Methods: We accept payments through various secure methods, such as online payment systems, bank transfers, or cash. Please refer to our booking page for the most current payment options.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your session, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  
  
• Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  
  

4. Client Responsibilities

When booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate details for the photography session.
• Ensure that all necessary permissions (for locations, events, or individuals) are obtained for us to capture photographs and videos.
• Cooperate with the photographers during the event photography or photoshoots to ensure smooth execution.

5. Image and Video Rights

• All photos and videos taken during the wedding photography, event photography, or any other services are the property of Shiv Digital Studio.
• Personal Use: You are granted a license to use these photos and videos for personal use (sharing on social media, printing, etc.).
• Commercial Use: If you wish to use the photos/videos for commercial purposes (advertising, marketing, etc.), you must obtain written permission from us.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

• Availability: We strive to ensure our availability for all events, but we reserve the right to refuse services in cases where unforeseen circumstances occur (e.g., severe weather, technical issues, or other emergencies). If we are unable to attend an event, you will be notified as early as possible, and a refund of your deposit will be issued.
  
  
• Limitations of Liability: While we make every effort to capture your moments professionally, Shiv Digital Studio is not responsible for any damage or injury that may occur during the event. We are also not liable for any technical issues, such as equipment failure, that might affect the quality of photos or videos.
